Refund Policy
At YONARA INTIMATES, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and professional shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to thirty (30) calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the exact same condition in which it was received, unused, unopened, with all original packaging and accessories included. A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of intimate care products, items that have been opened, used, or show signs of use are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return request, please contact our Orders Team at orders@yonaraintimates.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process, including the return shipping address.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
In such cases, please email our team at orders@yonaraintimates.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used intimate care products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different product is to return the original item following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery, without providing any justification.
This right does not apply to sealed intimate or personal care products once they have been opened after delivery.
To qualify under the cooling-off period, the product must remain unused, unopened, in its original condition, with all packaging and proof of purchase included.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our team at team@yonaraintimates.com.
